About JEM
Based in Johannesburg, JEM Import and Export company was registered as an importer and exporter under all major South African trade agreements in 2017. The company undertakes import, export, procurement and shipping orders in and outside South Africa, offering customized freight solutions and dedicated customer service
Background
As a new business, JEM wanted to spread awareness about its services and improve lead-generation to kick-start its operations soon after registration. Without an online listing, they didn’t have an effective means to propagate the value of their services.
The solution
Cryptograph Technologies was engaged to develop and maintain a business website for the company. We combined the below offerings from our digital services portfolio to construct a website compatible with mobile devices:
The website also allowed prospective customers to send queries and requests for quotations via a “Contact Us” form, which would be received by JEM administrators as business email.
